Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekend and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order is on its way.

Canada
We are pleased to provide complimentary shipping across Canada.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees, or import taxes that may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs, but we are happy to help you track your package and file a claim if necessary.

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email us at hello@linvntaire.ca within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will do our best to help.
